Description (Mother): 5'2 109 Hazel eyes Blonde Hair. Birthmother suffers from fybromyalisa. She has been on pain killers for two years. She has taken Vicatin and oxycodone. She has been referred to a methadone clinic for her addiction. She lives with her mother who helps with her 4 yr old and 1 yr old. She cannot paernt this baby.
